Processing Time
Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. However, some items may take up to 48–72 hours to ship. For made-to-order products, please allow 7–9 days for dispatch.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Online Payments: Enjoy free shipping on all orders when you choose an online payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied for COD orders.
Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive an estimated delivery date during checkout. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
Order Tracking
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can view your order details and track its status at https://primocustoms.co.in/account.
Shipping Notification: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipping number along with a link to track your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Responsibility: Primo Customs is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Delays
Courier Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier company. If necessary, we will assist you in raising a complaint.
Post-Dispatch Order Changes & Cancellations
If any cancellation or modification request is made after the order has been dispatched, and the shipment needs to be recalled or returned to our facility, the client will be responsible for:

The shipping charges incurred for the return shipment, and

The shipping charges for dispatching the revised or new shipment (if applicable).
These charges must be cleared before re-dispatching the order.
Damages
Claims: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.
