Cancellation Policy

At Primo Customs, orders move into processing and dispatch quickly. Therefore, cancellations are permitted only under the conditions stated below.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us on:

  • If the cancellation request is made within 12 hours and before the order is dispatched, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • We do not accept cancellation requests for in-transit or delivered products.

Custom / Personalized Orders

  • Custom-built and personalized items cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

  • If production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, even if the request was made within 12 hours.

Non-Delivery / Refusal at Delivery

  • If the customer refuses to accept the package at delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

  • Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges.

Courier Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, courier delays caused by weather, transit issues, or operational delays are not valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
